At VAVA STORE, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please review our exchange and return guidelines below.

Exchange Policy

  • Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for:
    • Size issues (if the item does not fit).
    • Product changes (exchange for a different item of equal or higher value, with price adjustment).
  • Items must be in sellable condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • The original receipt is required for all exchanges.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only. No cash or card refunds.
  • We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
  • Sale, discounted, and final clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.
